Greengroup Ethanol, LLC owned a controlling interest (62.84%) in the Reporting Entity and Greengroup, LLC owned a controlling interest (85.92%) in Greengroup Ethanol, LLC. On May 30, 2007, the Reporting Entity, Wildcat Holdco, LLC and Greengroup Ethanol, LLC were each dissolved and the assets of each were distributed to their respective members.
