The Reporting Entity owned a controlling interest (62.84%) in SNB Associates, LLC and Greengroup, LLC owned a controlling interest (85.92%) in the Reporting Entity. On May 30, 2007, SNB Associates, LLC, Wildcat Holdco, LLC and the Reporting Entity were each dissolved and the assets of each were distributed to their respective members.
