- [F1]Prior to May 30, 2007, the shares indirectly beneficially held by the Reporting Person consisted of 22,503,772 shares directly held by SNB Associates, LLC and 2,303,285 shares directly held by Wildcat Holdco, LLC, a limited liability company controlled by SNB Associates, LLC. Greengroup Ethanol, LLC owned a controlling interest (62.84%) in SNB Associates, LLC and Greengroup, LLC owned a controlling interest (85.92%) in Greengroup Ethanol, LLC. On May 30, 2007, SNB Associates LLC, Wildcat Holdco, LLC and Greengroup Ethanol, LLC were each dissolved and the assets of each were distributed to their respective members. Accordingly, as of May 30, 2007, 13,175,802 shares were beneficially held by Greengroup, LLC. (Continued in footnote 2)
