Item 8.01 Other Events

The one-for-ten reverse stock split, previously announced on January 11, 2008 and anticipated to be in effect on January 22, 2008, will be effective today, January 24, 2008 and our shares will begin trading on a post-split basis. In connection with the reverse stock split, the Company has been assigned a new stock symbol. The Company's shares were previously quoted on the OTC Bulletin Board under the stock symbol EHNX and are now reported on the OTC Bulletin Board under the new stock symbol EHTE.

No fractional shares will be issued in connection with the reverse stock split and, in lieu thereof, any fractional share shall be rounded up to the nearest whole share. The exercise price and the number of shares of common stock issuable under the Company’s outstanding options and warrants will be proportionately adjusted to reflect the reverse stock split.
