On ~~July~~August 2420, 2008, ~~the~~Paul ~~Company~~Stroud ~~issued~~provided anotice ~~press~~to ~~release entitled “~~Zulu Energy Corp. ~~Spuds~~(the “Company”) of ~~Two~~his ~~Additional~~resignation ~~Coal~~effective ~~Bed~~September ~~Methane~~19, ~~Exploration~~2008 ~~Wells~~from inhis ~~Botswana,”~~positions ~~relating~~as to the Company’s President ~~operations~~and inChief Executive Officer and member of the ~~Republic~~Company’s Board of Directors ~~Botswana~~(the “Board”). ~~The~~Mr. ~~text~~Stroud ofprovided a letter to the ~~press~~Company ~~release~~stating that he has “concerns about the direction the newly reconstituted Board is taking ~~furnished~~with asthe ~~Exhibit~~Company 99and directives issued by the new Board.1” Mr. Stroud did not specify his concerns. The letter is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as an exhibit and is incorporated herein by reference. Mr. Stroud is the Company’s Principal Executive Officer.
