[F4]Pursuant to an Amendment Agreement dated February 26, 2009 covering the Company's 10% Secured Indebtedness and a related document, Mr. Doyle transferred 3,209,877 shares to the holders of the Company's 10% Secured Debentures that entered into the Amendment Agreement.
[F5]The shares of common stock underlying these shares were never exercised by Mr. Ippolito and expired on October 24, 2008.
