[F3]On December 13, 2008, 300,000 of these restricted shares were issued to Mr. Doyle and an additional 300,000 restricted shares will be issued to Mr. Doyle on each of December 13, 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012; provided however these restricted shares are subject to certain restrictions and forfeitures described in Epic's Form 8-K filed with the SEC on December 30, 2008.
[F4]Pursuant to an Amendment Agreement dated February 26, 2009 covering the Company's 10% Secured Indebtedness and a related document, Mr. Doyle transferred 3,209,877 shares to the holders of the Company's 10% Secured Debentures that entered into the Amendment Agreement.
