("CAM") and Mr. Abuov is the Settlor of the White Hall Trust. The White Hill Trust is also the sole owner of Munivac Global Ventures Inc., a British Virgin Islands corporation ("Munivac"), which owns shares of Bekem Metals, Inc. (the "Issuer").
