- [F1]As of December 1, 2009, all investment and economic interest over the referenced securities was conceded from each of Atticus Capital LP, Atticus Management Limited, a Guernsey Company and Timothy R. Barakett ("Mr. Barakett," and together with Atticus Capital LP and Atticus Management Limited, the "Reporting Persons") to Attara Capital LP, a Delaware limited partnership. As of December 1, 2009, the Reporting Persons may no longer be deemed to beneficially own the referenced securities.

- [F3]Atticus Management Limited and Mr. Barakett are additional reporting persons. Mr. Barakett indirectly controls Atticus Capital LP and Atticus Management Limited.

Each of Mr. Barakett, Atticus Management Limited and Atticus Capital LP, however, disclaim beneficial ownership within the meaning of Rule 16a-1(a)(2) under the Act in the securities owned by the Funds and Accounts except to the extent, if any, of their pecuniary interest therein.
