Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On June 17, 2010, Kun Run Biotechnology, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company has obtained the approval for Entecavir from the State Food and Drug Administration of PRC. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report on Form 8-K.
