Effective October 8, 2010, Mr. Michael Kinney resigned as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Epic Energy Resources, Inc. (the “Company”). The resignation of Mr. Kinney is purely personal in nature and is not as a result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company's operations, policies or practices.
