On April 15, 2011, SulphCo, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release (the “April 2011 Press Release”) announcing a plan to implement workforce reductions and pursue strategic alternatives. A copy of the April 2011 Press Release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
