GI2 is owned by the Nisos Purpose Trust (the "Nisos Trust"), AMCO PTC, a Cayman Islands exempted company, as trustee of the Nisos Trust, through a wholly-owned company, Eleonas, Ltd., a Cayman Islands exempted company. Following the transfer of the Shares on July 27, 2011, neither Greek Investments, P. Constantinou nor J. Constantinou remain beneficial owners of the Shares as it relates to Greek Investments.
