Item 5.03

AMENDMENTS TO ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION OR BYLAWS; CHANGE IN FISCAL YEAR.

WRASP 30, Inc. (the “Company”) changed its name from “WRASP 30, Inc.” to “AOTS 30, Inc.” by filing a Certificate of Ownership and Merger with the Office of Secretary of State of Delaware on September 30, 2011. The Certificate of Ownership and Merger is attached hereto as Exhibit 3.1. The name change was effected by merging AOTS 30, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, with and into the Company, pursuant to which the Company survived but adopted the name of the subsidiary (the “Merger”). The Merger and the resulting change of the Company’s name were approved by the unanimous written consent of the Company’s board of directors on September 26, 2011.
