As such, Mr. Eiswerth can be deemed to be the beneficial owner of all such shares. Other than the shares of common stock to which Mr. Eiswerth has an indirect pecuniary interest, Mr. Eiswerth disclaims beneficial ownership over the shares of common stock beneficially owned by Committed Capital Holdings LLC.
