- [F10]All Form 4s previously filed by the reporting person failed to include the derivative securities owned by the reporting person. This amendment is filed to correct that error. These warrants expired on May 15, 2012 without being exercised by the reporting person.
- [F2]This amendment to the Form 4 filed by the reporting person on June 14, 2011 is made for the purpose of correcting the transaction date of the acquisition and for the purpose of correcting the nature of the reporting person's ownership. The original Form 4 reported an acquisition date of May 26, 2011 rather than May 16, 2011. In addition, the original Form 4 reported that the shares were owned directly by Mr. Kyriakides rather than Kyriakides Investments Ltd.
- [F3]These shares are owned by Kyriakides Investments Ltd., a Florida limited partnership. Anastasios Kyriakides is the general partner of Kyriakides Investments Ltd. and has full voting and dispositive power over the shares held by Kyriakides Investments Ltd.

- [F5]The reporting person did not file a Form 4 to report the gift on May 23, 2011 to the reporting person's adult daughter, Stephanie Maria Kyriakides, who shares the reporting person's household. The reporting person disclaims beneficial ownership of the shares held by his daughter, and this report should not be deemed an admission that the reporting person is the beneficial owner of his daughter's shares for purposes of Section 16 or for any other purpose.

The original Form 4 incorrectly reported that these shares were owned directly by Mr. Kyriakides. However, the shares are owned by Kyriakides Investments Ltd. In addition, the original form incorrectly reported that the reporting person owned 6,926,500 shares following the transaction.
- [F8]The reporting person did not timely file a Form 4 to report the acquisition of 1,200,000 shares on January 6, 2012. This amendment is made for the purpose of correcting that oversight.
