Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On August 15, 2012, Telestone Technologies Corporation (the “Company”) announced its financial results for the three and six months ended June 30, 2012. A copy of the Company’s earnings press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K (the “Form 8-K”) and is incorporated herein by reference.
