Press Release

On November 15, 2012, Australia Acquisition Corp. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the further adjournment of the Company’s shareholder meeting originally scheduled for 9:00 a.m. Australia Eastern Standard Time and previously adjourned to 9:30 a.m. Australia Eastern Standard Time on November 15, 2012. The Company has adjourned the meeting indefinitely.
