Mr. Zhang exercised such option on October 3, 2012, and accordingly, Mr. Zhang indirectly (through his ownership of Expert Venture Limited) owns and controls 961,903 shares. In addition, the Company granted to Mr. Zhang options to purchase 40,000 shares of our common stock, all of which have vested.
