Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year

On February 1, 2013, China VantagePoint Acquisition Company (the “Company”) determined to change its fiscal year end from March 31 to December 31. Accordingly, the Company will file a transition report on Form 10-K for the nine months ended December 31, 2012 and two years ended March 31, 2010 and 2011.
