Accordingly, the reporting person beneficially owns all of the 1,000 shares issued and outstanding of Fortune Place. The reporting person holds all of the shares of Fortune Place through Hui Xiang Group Limited, a British Virgin Islands corporation and 100%-owned by the reporting person.
