Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers

On February 9, 2013, Mr. Jing Xie resigned as interim Chief Financial Officer and director of Universal Travel Group (the “Company”), effective immediately. Mr. Xie’s resignation is for personal reasons and not in connection with any known disagreement with the Company on any matter.
