The Grid Note may be converted at any time by the holder into shares of the Issuer's common stock, par value $0.01 per share ("Shares"). The August 6, 2013 advance is convertible into 7,142,857 Shares.
- [F2]The aggregate principal amount and accrued interest of $527,054 as of August 6, 2013 under the Grid Note is convertible into an aggregate of 37,646,714 Shares.
