Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

Effective October 1, 2013, John E. Donahue has been appointed to serve as Chief Financial Officer of Horne International, Inc. Mr. Donahue holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from the College of the Holy Cross and a Masters of Business Administration from Rutgers University. Mr. Donahue’s employment agreement, base salary and incentive compensation are to be determined by the Compensation Committee.
