- [F1]The options were issued to the Reporting Person under the Issuer's Amended and Restated 2008 Long-Term Incentive Compensation Plan to incentivize key management. The grant of these options were approved by the Compensation Committee on January 23, 2015. 800,000 of the options vested on January 23, 2015 and an additional 400,000 of the options shall vest on January 1, 2016, March 31, 2016, January 1, 2017 and March 31, 2017, respectively. All the March 31 vesting's are subject to the accomplishment of certain performances. The options are held through Interact W.L.L., which is 100% owned by the Reporting Person.
