- [F1]The two reported transactions involved an amendment of outstanding options resulting in the deemed cancellation of the "old" options and the grant of replacement options. The options were originally granted to the Reporting Person on December 4, 2013 and were to expire ninety (90) days after the departure of the Reporting Person from the registrant. Under the severance agreement dated November 16, 2015, between the registrant and the Reporting Person, the registrant waived the early termination of the option exercise date in the event of Reporting Person's departure from the registrant.
