This number of ADS reflects the reduction in ADS issued and outstanding and the elimination of fractional shares resulting from the change in the exchange ratio of the Issuer's ADS, as reported on the Issuer's Current Report on Form 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on March 30, 2015.
