These shares include up to an aggregate of 206,250 ordinary shares subject to forfeiture by the sponsor to the extent that the underwriters' over-allotment option is not exercised in full. Mr. Nayar and Mr. Saxena disclaim beneficial ownership over any securities owned by the sponsor in which they do not have any pecuniary interest.
