Regulation FD Disclosure.

On October 11, 2018, Energy XXI Gulf Coast, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“EGC”), issued a press release providing a statement regarding the closing of the merger with affiliates Cox Oil L.L.C. previously announced on June 18, 2018. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K (this “Form 8-K”).
