- [F1]On January 9, 2009, KIG Investors I, LLC ("KIG Investors") distributed all 2,562,015 shares of the Common Stock directly owned by it to its members pro rata based on their respective membership interests in KIG Investors. As a result, KIG Investors no longer owns any direct or indirect beneficial interest in the shares of Common Stock and is no longer subject to the requirements of Section 16.
- [F2]On January 9, 2009, Keating Investments, LLC ("KI") received 1,761,385 shares of the Common Stock in the liquidation and dissolution of KIG Investors. KI was previously reported as being the indirect beneficial owner of these shares of Common Stock. As a result of KI's acquisition of these shares of Common Stock in connection with the liquidation and dissolution of KIG Investors, KI is now the direct beneficial owner of these shares of Common Stock. As previously reported, KI is also the direct beneficial owner of 34,965 shares of Common Stock, which shares KI continues to be the direct beneficial owner.
