- [F1]Constantin Zdarsky entered into an agreement, effective September 14, 2009, whereby the above listed Common Stock Warrants were cancelled and ANTs software inc. granted a warrant to purchase Series A Preferred Stock and a warrant to purchase Common Stock, as listed above. Mr. Zdarsky committed to serially exercise the Series A Preferred Stock Warrant as follows: 250,000 warrants by September 22, 2009, 250,000 warrants by December 31, 2009, 250,000 warrants by February 28, 2010, and 300,752 warrants by April 30, 2010. On September 18, 2009, Mr. Zdarsky exercised 250,000 Series A Preferred Stock Warrants.
