On June 10, 2016, Canterbury Park Holding Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors declared a special cash dividend on the Company’s common stock of $.25 per share, payable June 30, 2016, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on June 20, 2016.
