However, with the acquisition of sole ownership, Mr. Stivers now has full trading authority over the company's activities and may be deemed to share beneficial ownership of the company's securities.
- [F2]In purchasing the remaining ownership of Bowling Branch Investments, Inc., Mr. Stivers paid an average of $4.86 for the 35,000 MILL shares previously purchased by Bowling Branch, as he paid the same price as paid by Bowling Branch on its dates of original acquisitions of the shares.
