This Current Report on Form 8-K/A is being filed to amend and supplement the Current Report on Form 8-K originally dated January 19, 2005, in connection with the issuance of DSLA Mortgage Loan Trust 2004-AR4, DSLA Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2004-AR4, in order to amend Article XII of the Pooling and Servicing Agreement by and among GREENWICH CAPITAL ACCEPTANCE, INC., as depositor, GREENWICH CAPITAL FINANCIAL PRODUCTS, INC., as seller, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., as master servicer and securities administrator and DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, as trustee and custodian.
