Item 6.02. Change of Servicer or Trustee.

As described in the prospectus supplement dated May 29, 2007, the servicing of approximately 0.27% of the of the mortgage loans in J.P. Morgan Mortgage Trust 2007-A4 was transferred from CTX Mortgage Company, LLC to JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association on June 1, 2007. CTX Mortgage Company, LLC no longer services any mortgage loans for the Issuing Entity.
