Item 6.02. Change of Servicer or Trustee.

As described in the prospectus supplement dated March 28, 2007, the servicing of approximately 0.94% of the of the mortgage loans in J.P. Morgan Mortgage Trust 2007-A4 was transferred from Weichert Financial Services to JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association on June 1, 2007. Weichert Financial Services no longer services any mortgage loans for the Issuing Entity.
