Coronation Mining Corp. was organized under the laws of the State of Nevada on May 31, 2012, to explore mineral properties in North America. Coronation Mining Corp. is engaged in the exploration for quartz and other minerals. The Company has acquired two Mineral Titles Online "MTO" mineral claim totaling 876.48 hectares. The Silver Tusk Property claims are situated 65 kilometers northwest of Vancouver, BC. Access is gained by travelling to Clowhom Falls at the head of Salmon Inlet by float plane light wheeled plane or by water taxi from Sechelt, BC. From Clowhom Falls the showings are located 26km by logging road in the Red Tusk valley. More immediate access is available by helicopter to one of three landing pads cleared along the baseline of the claims. We refer to these mining claims as the Silver Tusk Property. This property is without known reserves. To current date the Company has never commenced any operational/exploration activity other than issuing shares. The Silver Tusk Property comprises two MTO mineral claims containing 42 cell claim units totaling 876.48 hectares in area. The price of quartz and other minerals can fluctuate. The prices these minerals have been and will continue to be affected by numerous factors beyond the Company's control. Factors that affect the price of these minerals include the demand from consumers for products that use quartz and other minerals, economic conditions, over supply from secondary sources and costs of production. MINERAL EXPLORATION AND PROSPECTING IS A HIGHLY COMPETITIVE AND SPECULATIVE BUSINESS AND WE MAY NOT BE SUCCESSFUL IN SEEKING AVAILABLE OPPORTUNITIES. The process of mineral exploration and prospecting is a highly competitive and speculative business. Individuals are not subject to onerous accreditation and licensing requirements prior to beginning mineral exploration and prospecting activities. As such, the company, in seeking available opportunities, will compete with numerous individuals and companies, including established, multi-national companies that have more experience and resources than the Company. The exact number of active competitors at any one time is heavily dependent on current economic conditions; however, statistics provided by the AEBC (The Association for Mineral Exploration, British Columbia), state that approximately 1000 mining companies operate in BC. Each one of these companies can be considered to be in competition with our company for mineral resources in British Columbia. Moreover, the Government of Canada at, http://mmsd1.mMr.nrcan.gc.ca/mmsd/exploration/default_e.asp, reports that in 2006, CDN $140.6 billion was spent in mineral exploration activities in British Columbia. Because we may not have the financial and managerial resources to compete with other companies, we may not be successful in our efforts to acquire projects of value, which may, ultimately, become productive. However, while we compete with other exploration companies for the rights to explore other claims, there is no competition for the exploration or removal of mineral from our claims from other companies, as we have no agreements or obligations that limit our right to explore or remove minerals from our claims. An environmental impact study that must be obtained on each property in order to obtain governmental approval to mine on the properties is also a part of the overall operating costs of a mining company. The possibility of more stringent regulations exists in the areas of worker health and safety, the dispositions of wastes, the decommissioning and reclamation of mining and milling sites and other environmental matters, each of which could have an adverse material effect on the costs or the viability of a particular project. Access is gained by travelling to Clowhom Falls at the head of Salmon Inlet by float plane light wheeled plane or by water taxi from Sechelt, BC. From Clowhom Falls the showings are located 26km by logging road in the Red Tusk valley. More immediate access is available by helicopter to one of three landing pads cleared along the baseline of the claims. We refer to these mining claims as the Silver Tusk Property. This property is without known reserves. This property was purchased from Jervis Explorations Inc. The exploration plan for the property was provided to the Company by the vendor of the Property, Jervis Explorations Inc. The exploration program was developed by Gregory R. Thomson, Geoscientist and Consulting Geologist, who developed an exploration program in 2007 for the Property prior to the Company purchasing these mineral claims. The Company was incorporated for the purpose of exploring mineral claims in North America. The short-term strategy of the Company is to explore the Silver Tusk Property and to explore its commercial viability. We are an exploration stage company and we cannot provide assurance to investors that our mineral claims contain a commercially exploitable mineral deposit, or reserve, until appropriate exploratory work is done and an economic evaluation based on such work concludes economic feasibility. 17 PROPERTY ACQUISITION DETAILS Coronation Mining Corp. purchased the SILVER TUSK PROPERTY from Jervis Explorations Inc. for $8,500.00 USD on May 31, 2012. The Company owns 100% of the rights to the property, subject to a 3% net smelter royalty. There are no other underlying rights or royalties on this property. In British Columbia, the acquisition of mineral claims is done using an online application whereby a company or individual can stake claims online. A mineral tenure is granted the available subsurface rights at the time of issuance. For our property, the tenure includes all subsurface minerals, as there were no other tenures on the property at time of staking. The mineral rights must be renewed on May 7, 2013. The tenure includes both mineral and placer mineral rights on the property. In order to keep these claims in good standing, the Company must either complete and report work on the property or pay a renewal fee prior to the expiry date on May 7, 2013. In British Columbia, a mineral or placer claim has a set expiry date, and in order to maintain the claim beyond that expiry date, the recorded holder (or an agent) must, on or before the expiry date, register either exploration and development work that was performed on the claim, or a payment instead of exploration and development. Failure to maintain a claim results in automatic forfeiture at the end (midnight) of the expiry date; there is no notice to the claim holder prior to forfeiture. When exploration and development work or a payment instead of work is registered, the claimholder may advance the claim forward to any new date. With a payment instead of work the minimum requirement is 6 months, and the new date cannot exceed one year from the current expiry date; with work, it may be any date up to a maximum of ten years beyond the current anniversary year. "Anniversary year" means the period of time from the last expiry date to the next immediate expiry date. All recorded holders of a claim must hold a valid miner's certificate when either work or a payment is registered on the claim. Clients need to register a certain value of work or a "cash-in-lieu of work" payment to their claims in MTO. Access is gained by travelling to Clowhom Falls at the head of Salmon Inlet by float plane light wheeled plane or by water taxi from Sechelt, BC. From Clowhom Falls the showings are located 26km by logging road in the Red Tusk valley. More immediate access is available by helicopter to one of three landing pads cleared along the baseline of the claims. Arrangements for accommodation and truck rental may be available from Weldwood Logging Ltd., which maintains a large logging operation in the Clowhom Valley. Well maintained hard gravel roads cover more than100km in 20 the Clowhom Valley and are always being expanded. Road traffic is closely controlled from the Weldwood office at Clowhom Falls by VHF radio in all vehicles The Red Tusk main road leaves the Clowhom main road at 17.5km from tidewater and travels 8.5km to the end. The Silver Tusk Claims are located from 5.5km to 5km past the end of the road. Some of the area has been logged and provides excellent rock exposure. Rock drilling blasting and road building equipment may also be available from Weldwood by contract. [MAP SHOWING THE REGIONAL PROPERTY LOCATION] FIG. 2 SILVER TUSK PROPERTY REGIONAL LOCATION MAP 21 1.3 TOPOGRAPHY, CLIMATE, VEGETATION The claims cover the south west flank of Red Tusk Mountain between 2000' and 6000' above sea level. Large stands of red and yellow cedar fir hemlock and spruce trees grow below the 5000' timberline. Underbrush is usually moss, salal, blue huckleberry, devils club and young trees. Temperature ranges from 20(degree) C to 30(degree) C and rainfall is considerable typically 300cm per year. Snow covers the higher elevations typically between December to April. Glaciers are common between 5000' and 7000'. The higher peaks, 7000' plus are usually unglaciated. Bedrock is commonly exposed and high talus makes up a large part of the valleys. Spectacular waterfalls come down the mountainsides during spring melt, disappearing at the top of the talus slopes in warmer times of the year. Wildlife noted in the area are mountain goat, black bear, blacktail and mule deer. An environmental study should be part of any major development program in this area. 1.4 PROPERTY STATUS The Silver Tusk Property comprises two MTO mineral claims containing 42 cell claim units totaling 876.48 hectares in area. A showing of high grade bornite copper ore in quartz muscovite veins intruding granite was located 6km due east of Clowhom Falls on top of Mt Donaldson. This was discovered in 1874 and was originally called Howe Copper. However, it has never been in production. No other ground surveys have been recorded in the Clowhom Valley although G.S.C. reports from the late 1800s to date encourage prospecting and development in this area. The Red Tusk Valley was almost inaccessible before Weldwood built a road in 1978- 79. Prospecting in this area in 1980, located a potentially large quartz body, with abundant copper mineralization. Further follow up of high grade float in Silver Tusk Creek (8.5km) led to the discovery of a large quartz carbonate vein showing visible galena, sphalerite and pyrite mineralization. 22 [MAP SHOWING THE SILVER TUSK PROPERTY] FIG. 3 SILVER TUSK PROPERTY MAP 2.0 GEOLOGICAL OVERVIEW 2.1 REGIONAL GEOLOGY AND MINERALIZATION The Coast Range Mountains of British Columbia are a complex assemblage of granitic metamorphic and stratified volcanic sedimentary rock. The stratified rocks form large discontinuous north-west trending belts engulfed in granitic rock. These belts are referred to as pendants and are the source of most economic base and precious metal deposits. Formation of the pendants took place from Paleozoic to late Cretaceous time during periods of uplift intrusion and granitization. 20km south east of the claims are the Brittania Copper Mine. Discovered in 1888, it occurs in a large north-west trending shear fault zone in pendant strata of Cretaceous age. 23 [MAP SHOWING THE REGIONAL GEOLOGY OF THE TANTALUS RANGE] FIG. 4 REGIONAL GEOLOGY OF THE TANTALUS RANGE 24 Host rocks are chloritic and sericitic shists in dacitic pyroclastics and argillitic sediments. Another more recent find is the Northair Gold-Silver- Lead-Zinc Mine, occurring in a parallel trending pendant 40km north of the Silver Tusk claims. Host rock is quartz-carbonate vein in andesitic flows and pyroclastics mineralized by galena, sphalerite, pyrite and chalcopyrite. The Tantalus Range consists of a north-west trending pendant of Mesozoic age, underlain by diorite and quartz diorite In the Silver Tusk area, the pendant is composed of andesitic flows and tuffs overlain by volcanic conglomerate, mica shist, feldspar porphry and meta sediments. The diorite shows a relict structure and is probably a Paleozoic pendant metamorphosed to amphibolite grade. [MAP SHOWING THE GEOGRAPHICAL OF THE SILVER TUSK PROPERTY] FIG. 5 GEOGRAPHICAL MAP OF THE SILVER TUSK PROPERTY 25 2.2 PROPERTY GEOLOGY AND MINERALIZATION The Silver Tusk Property surveyed area shows quartz diorite intruding diorite which is in fault contact with the overlying Gambier Group volcanics. Biotite quartz diorite with pegmatite, aplite and muscovite mica is in contact with diorite at 6km of Red Tusk main. The diorite has biotite mica and small quartz veins with pyrite. Near the legal corner post another body of quartz diorite is very fractured and altered to chlorite, aplite and pyrite. A large sill of quartz was found in diorite near the proposed eastern contact which is covered by a talus slope. Hornblende diorite with local alteration to chlorite and biotite is well exposed on the claims. Small faults and shears striking north contain felsic and chlorite gouge with quartz veins. The joint structure and foliation changes frequently, between faults, becoming gneissic and schistose in areas. Gambier Group volcanic exposed in Silver Tusk Creek are indistinguishable from diorite in weathered outcrop and are very fine grained. Sampling shows andesite tuffs and tuffaceous argillite altering to hornfels near pyritized quartz veins. Occasional clasts with feldspar phenocrysts are ringed by epidote. The volcanics appear to be bedded, striking 60(degree) north-west and dipping vertically. Two major areas of mineralization have been found on the Silver Tusk property; a large quartz sill at 7.3km of Red Tusk main and a quartz carbonate vein 800 meters up Silver Tusk Creek. The quartz sill deposit was discovered while building the road and originally attracted attention to this area. It is well exposed in a horizontal contact with chloritized diorite beside the road. Vegetation covers most of the deposit but it is estimated to be 50 meters wide and 100 plus meters in length. The surface is quite leached but pyrite, chalcopyrite, chalcocite and magnetite are found in scattered patches. 100 meters north of the road, a 1 meter- wide fracture contains a very pyritized altered andesite dyke. Vugs and glacial striations were noted on the outcrop in several areas. A quartz carbonate vein, 18 meters wide, occurs in a fault contact between chloritized diorite and hornfelsed tuffaceous andesite. It strikes 15' west of north and dips 70' to the south west. The vein is variable in hardness and weathers to a buff yellow colour. A wide band of sericite shist forms on the east footwall next to the andesite and carries fine grained sulphides. Mineralization is concentrated towards the center of the vein which is white aphanitic and porcelaneous with a small blocky fracture. Galena, sphalerite and pyrite replace the fractured rock in small veins and pods accompanied by secondary quartz, feldspar, chlorite and epidote. Towards the diorite the gangue becomes increasingly cherty and less mineralized. Small felsic quartz veins intrude both diorite and andesite for a short distance and carry pyrite. According to exploration by James Laird of Laird Explorations in the 1980s, it was concluded that the mineralized areas are hydrothermal in nature and are probably related to plutonic intrusion. The quartz carbonate gangue rock is common throughout the claims and the Silver Tusk creek outcrop does not account for all of it. Several lineaments are suggestive of major faults and may also be mineralized. Further exploration may be slowed by the steepness of the claims 26 and the danger of climbing loose talus slopes. In 1982, a number of traverses were planned by stereo air photo to attempt to define the mineralized zones Geochemical stream sediment testing. Based on a compilation of these results, a diamond drill program will be designed to explore and define the potential resources. 27 PHASE 1 Phase 1 consists of reconnaissance geological mapping, prospecting, rock sampling. A comprehensive sampling program, camp and trail construction and transportation. $ 25,000.00 PHASE 2 Phase 2 consists of detailed surface and underground geological mapping and rock sampling, grid construction, EM and Mag surveys, establish drill and rock trenching targets, four-man crew, report. $ 75,000.00 PHASE 3 COST ESTIMATE 1000 metres of diamond drilling, geological supervision, camp and supplies, transportation, assays, report and other ancillary costs. $150,000.00 ----------- TOTAL $250,000.00 =========== COMPLIANCE WITH GOVERNMENT REGULATION We will be required to conduct all mineral exploration activities in accordance with government regulations. Such operations are subject to various laws governing land use, the protection of the environment, production, exports, taxes, labor standards, occupational health, waste disposal, toxic substances, well safety and other matters. Unfavorable amendments to current laws, regulations and permits governing operations and activities of resource exploration companies, or more stringent implementation thereof, could have a materially adverse impact and cause increases in capital expenditures which could result in a cessation of operations. British Columbia's reclamation laws ensure that, once operations cease, mine site lands are returned to a useful and productive state. Before any work on a new mine site can commence, the company or individual doing the work must post a security which is held in trust by the Ministry of Energy and Mines. This security is returned only once the mine site is reclaimed to a satisfactory level and there are no ongoing monitoring or maintenance requirements. If a mine site is not reclaimed properly, the security money may be used by the Ministry to complete the remediation work. The intent of the Province's reclamation legislation is to ensure that modern mine sites in B.C. do not leave an ongoing legacy or require public funds for clean-up activities. The Mines and Mineral Resources Division (MMD) of the Ministry of Energy and Mines (MEM) is responsible for the regulation of mining in British Columbia. The Mines Act and accompanying Health, Safety and Reclamation Code for Mines in British Columbia (the Code) provide the legislative framework and apply equally to all operations. Legislation requires all mining operations to carry out a program of environmental protection and reclamation to ensure that upon termination of mining, land, watercourses and cultural heritage resources will be returned to a safe and environmentally sound state and to an acceptable end land use. MMD is responsible for issuing and administering Mines Act permits. Before the 28 commencement of any work in or about a mine, the owner, agent, manager or person acting on behalf of the company must hold a permit issued by the Chief Inspector of Mines (pursuant to Section 10 of the Mines Act). MEM seeks to provide reasonable assurance that the Province will not have to contribute to the costs of reclamation if a mining company defaults on its reclamation obligations. As a condition of Mines Act permits, the permittee must post financial security in an amount and form acceptable to the Chief Inspector of Mines. This security is held by the government until the Chief Inspector is satisfied that all reclamation requirements for the operation have been fulfilled. Every mine site has unique management requirements and operational constraints; thus, the assessment of financial security is done on a site-specific basis. The security is set at a level that reflects all outstanding reclamation and closure obligations. For example, mines that require long-term drainage treatment for metal leaching and/or acid rock drainage require full security to cover outstanding liability and ongoing management. The Chief Inspector of Mines accepts the following forms of reclamation security: cash, certified cheques, bank drafts, term deposits (i.e., GICs), Government of Canada bonds and irrevocable standby letters of credit (ISLOCs). Term deposits and bonds may be held in a Safekeeping Agreement where the interest accrues on the deposit. In some cases, funds may be deposited to the Mine Reclamation Fund (pursuant to Section 12 of the Mines Act) or within a Qualified Environmental Trust. These funds allow interest to accrue to the credit of the account. For ISLOCs, confirmation is provided by the client's financial institution that sufficient funds exist and will be kept available by the financial institution to meet MEMPR's requirements. Reclamation securities can only be released by the authority of the Chief Inspector of Mines. EMPLOYEES At present, we have no employees. We anticipate that we will be conducting most of our business through agreements with consultants and third parties. We had $18,825 in cash reserves as of August 31, 2012. The lack of cash has kept us from conducting any exploration work on the property. If the Company is unsuccessful in raising the capital to commence its exploration program, the Company will be required to pay a government fee of $1,500 in order to keep the claims valid. The Company currently has enough cash on hand to pay this fee. However, the Company plans to raise the capital necessary to fund our business through a private placement and public offering of our common stock. The Company applies a more-likely-than-not recognition threshold for all tax uncertainties. ASC Topic 740 only allows the recognition of those tax benefits that have a greater than fifty percent likelihood of being sustained upon examination by the taxing authorities. On August 31, 2012, the company had a net operating loss available for carryforward of $5,675. Earnings per share The Company follows ASC Topic 260 to account for the earnings per share. Environmental requirements At the report date environmental requirements related to a formally held mineral claim are unknown and therefore any estimate of future costs cannot be made. Mineral property acquisitions costs Costs of acquisition and option costs of mineral rights are capitalized upon acquisition. Mine development costs incurred to develop new ore deposits, to expand the capacity of mines, or to develop mine areas substantially in advance of current production are also capitalized once proven and probable reserves exist and the property is a commercially mineable property. Costs incurred to maintain current production or to maintain assets on a standby basis are charged to operations. If the Company does not continue with exploration after the completion of the feasibility study, the mineral rights will be expensed at that time. Costs of abandoned projects are charged to mining costs including related property and equipment costs. Information at this level is based on direct observations of transactions involving the same assets and liabilities, not assumptions, and thus offers superior reliability. However, relatively few items, especially physical assets, actually trade in active markets. Level 2: FASB acknowledged that active markets for identical assets and liabilities are relatively uncommon and, even when they do exist, they may be too thin to provide reliable information. ACQUISITION OF A MINERAL CLAIM During 2012 the company acquired mineral claims for $8,500 known as the Silver Tusk Property. The Silver Tusk Property claims are situated 65 kilometers northwest of Vancouver, BC. Access is gained by travelling to Clowhom Falls at the head of Salmon Inlet by float plane light wheeled plane or by water taxi from Sechelt, BC. From Clowhom Falls the showings are located 26km by logging road in the Red Tusk valley. More immediate access is available by helicopter to one of three landing pads cleared along the baseline of the claims. The Silver Tusk Property comprises two MTO mineral claims containing 42 cell claim units totaling 876.48 hectares in area. The property is without known reserves. 4. CAPITAL STOCK The authorized capital is 75,000,000 shares of common stock at $0.001 par value. On May 31, 2012, the company issued 30,000,000 private placement common shares at $0.001 to its founder for cash of $30,000. 5. Management considers the scheduled reversals of future deferred tax liabilities, projected future taxable income, and tax planning strategies in making this assessment.
