DEPARTURE OF DIRECTORS OR PRINCIPAL OFFICERS

On April 24, 2009 Pipeline Data Inc. (the “Company”) named Chris Anderson as its chief financial officer. Prior chief financial officer, Donald Gruneisen, will remain as the Company’s treasurer.
