Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure

Beginning approximately August 25, 2009, United Wisconsin Grain Producers, LLC (the “Company”) will publish and send a newsletter to its unit holders. The newsletter is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.

Also beginning approximately August 25, 2009, the Company will publish and send a letter to its unit holders notifying unit holders that the Company will not make a mid-year cash distribution this year. The letter is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2 and is incorporated herein by reference.
