On April 19, 2018, Argos Therapeutics, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release reporting interim results from its Phase 3 ADAPT clinical trial evaluating Rocapuldencel-T for the treatment of metastatic renal cell carcinoma, and the Company’s decision to terminate the ADAPT trial, review of strategic alternatives and expectation that its common stock will be delisted from The Nasdaq Capital Market and transferred to the OTCQB® Venture Market. A copy of the Company’s press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
