On September 15, 2025, ServisFirst Bancshares, Inc. (“ServisFirst”) announced that the Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.335 per share, payable on October 10, 2025, to stockholders of record as of October 1, 2025. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
