Notice of Delisting or Failure to Satisfy a Continued Listing Rule or Standard; Transfer of Listing.

On December 17, 2015, Northeast Community Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company had informed the NASDAQ Stock Market of its intent to voluntarily delist its common stock.
