BVR Technologies Ltd. announces the Company’s securities will be delisted from the Nasdaq SmallCap Market at the opening of business on August 4, 2003

Tel-Aviv, Israel, July 30, 2003 – BVR Technologies Ltd. (Nasdaq: BVRT) announces that the company received a NASDAQ Staff Determination on July 24, 2003 indicating that the company fails to comply with the stockholders’ equity and audit committee requirements, for continued listing set forth in Marketplace Rules 4320(e)(2)(B) and 4350(d)(2), respectively, and that its securities, therefore, will be delisted from the Nasdaq SmallCap Market at the opening of business on August 4, 2003.
