[F1]The reported transaction involved an amendment of an outstanding option, resulting in the deemed cancellation of the grant of 350,000 options at the exercise price of $2.20 per share and the grant of 350,000 replacement options at a reduced exercise price (see fn 2 below). The "old" option was granted on December 6, 2007 and provided for vesting in four equal annual installments commencing on December 6, 2008. This amendment is subject to a pre-ruling from the Israeli Tax Authority.
