- [F1]On September 12, 2007, the Board of Directors of Mack-Cali Realty Corporation (the "Company") authorized the grant of 100,619 restricted shares of common stock to the reporting person pursuant to the Company's 2000 Employee Stock Option Plan. The shares may vest, subject to the attainment of annual performance goals, commencing on January 1, 2009, with the number of restricted shares scheduled to be vested and earned on each vesting date on an annual basis over a five to seven year period equal to: 15% of such restricted shares on January 1, 2009; 15% of such restricted shares on January 1, 2010; 20% of such restricted shares on January 1, 2011; 25% of such restricted shares on January 1, 2012; and 25% of such restricted shares on January 1, 2013.
