- [F2]Ninety-Thousand RSUs were issued to the Reporting Person on June 23, 2008 pursuant to the Plan. The RSUs are subject to vesting as follows: (i) 20,000 on August 12, 2009, (ii) 30,000 on August 12, 2010; and (iii) 40,000 on August 12, 2011. Fifty percent of the RSUs granted are time-based and fifty percent are performance-based.
