Accordingly, that Form 4 and each Form 4 filed subsequent thereto overstated the number of shares of ValueClick, Inc. common stock beneficially owned by the reporting person by 201 shares. Such Form 4 and each subsequent Form 4 are hereby amended to correct for this overstatement.
