- [F1]On June 4, 2013, the Issuer issued to Summit Midstream Partners Holdings, LLC ("SMPH") and SMPH acquired, 1,553,849 common units representing limited partner interests in the Issuer, as partial consideration for SMPH's contribution of all of the issued and outstanding membership interests of Bison Midstream, LLC to the Issuer. The Issuer also issued 31,711 general partner units to the general partner of the Issuer, of which SMPH is the sole owner, in order for the general partner to maintain its 2% interest in the Issuer.
