The option was originally granted on June 4, 2009. The option became exercisable with respect to 25% of the underlying shares on the first anniversary of the vesting commencement date of April 2, 2009 and with respect to the remaining 75% of the underlying shares in equal monthly installments over the next three-year period. The expiration date of the option was extended to December 22, 2023.
