- [F2]These RSUs were issued pursuant to the reporting person's election to convert a portion of his 2014 performance bonus from cash to equity. The RSUs will vest in their entirety on April 1, 2016. All RSUs that have not vested will automatically terminate if the reporting person's employment is terminated by the Company for cause or the reporting person voluntarily terminates his employment with the Company, subject to certain acceleration provisions set forth in the reporting person's employment agreement.
